Women’s Regional Championship/Super50 Cup 2010–2023/24

The West Indian women’s regional championship dates back to 1975/76, when it was a first-class (two-day) competition; over the next two decades, matches were sometimes two days, sometimes 50 overs, and sometimes a combination of the two. From 1996 it settled as 50 overs. In some seasons, it was not played at all. Scores from some of the earlier tournaments are not currently available, and even the winners are not known for some seasons; this list runs only from 2010, when the records become more consistent. Further information is welcome!

The champions were sometimes decided by a final (F), and in others they were the highest-placed team in the league (L).
